For all exchanges, please get in touch via our contact form to receive instructions on how to return your order. The item must be returned in new condition (without signs of wear or dirt), in its original packaging with its protective stickers. Once we have received and checked the exchanged item, the replacement item will be dispatched. If the exchange results in a lower price, a partial refund will be made via the original payment method. If the price difference is higher, we will contact you for payment of the difference.

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt.
After receiving your order, the item(s) will be checked and the refund will be processed within 24 hours. However, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
DELIVERY
Watches are delivered by DHL Express within 24 to 72 working hours for products in stock. Delivery is made in person against signature by a DHL courier. You will receive an email from DHL in advance allowing you to change your delivery preferences if necessary.
Accessories are delivered by La Poste by tracked letter within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery is free to European Union countries. Outside the EU, a flat rate is applied depending on the destination country.
For countries in the European Union, all taxes are included in the sale price and no additional taxes will be charged upon delivery.
For countries outside the European Union, local taxes and customs duties are not included in the sale price. They may therefore apply depending on the country of delivery. The taxes due are collected by DHL for local customs authorities before your parcel is delivered.

WARRANTY
Our watches are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of shipment of the order. It covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, case or dial. It does not cover damage resulting from negligence (lack of care, accidents, misuse, etc.) or natural wear and tear (scratches, discolouration, movement malfunction).

Our after-sales service workshop is located in Rennes, France. This is where our watches are assembled and repaired.
MAINTENANCE & USE
To ensure that your watch continues to function properly and remains in good condition over time, we recommend that you:
➢ Always screw the crown down fully after adjusting the time or date to ensure the watch remains water-resistant. ➢ Rinse your watch with clean water after any contact with salt water and dry it with a soft cloth. ➢ Avoid wearing your watch in the shower.
An automatic movement does not guarantee the same precision as a battery-powered (quartz) movement. Our watchmakers strive to adjust the movement as precisely as possible, but it is normal to observe a slight daily deviation.
We recommend having your automatic watch serviced every 3 to 5 years, depending on use. This service can be carried out by your local watchmaker or in our workshop in Rennes.
