A WORTHY SUCCESSOR

With the Brestoise we wanted to pay tribute to the very first Le Forban Sécurité Mer watch, released in 1969.

Each numeral has been redesigned to highlight the originality of the vintage dial.

With the same attention to preserving the DNA of the original watch, we have kept the trapeze-shaped date window and the ‘lollipop’ second hand.

PERFECTLY PROPORTIONED

The Bestoise has been designed to fit all wrist sizes. The shape of the case is ergonomic and extremely comfortable to wear.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL

As a tribute to the adventurers of the high seas, we chose the theme of a ship’s wheel to decorate the caseback.

The Brestoise, with its screw-down crown, is rated at 150m water resistance and, in keeping with its diving watch DNA, has a 120 – click unidirectional bezel.

But of course you don’t need to be a diver to wear it, its fine qualities are just as suited to those whose feet remain firmly planted on dry land.

DOMED SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL : OLD-STYLE CHARM AND DURABILITY

So as to maintain the charm of its illustrious ancestor, we have fitted the Brestoise with a double-domed sapphire crystal.

Sapphire crystals are used in high quality watches for their durability and scratch-resisting qualities.

WELL-PROVEN AUTOMATIC MIYOTA MOVEMENT

The well tried and tested Miyota 8215 movement has been manufactured in Japan since 1977. It is today rightly considered a very reliable and robust movement.

HIGHLY LEGIBLE, EVEN AT NIGHT

Whether in daylight or at night, your watch remains legible due to the use of Super-Luminova® C3, the brightest lume on the market.

Designed to remain legible in the deepest abyss, the luminous material will also prove useful to night owls navigating the urban shadows…

AN ALL-NEW TROPIC STRAP

What could be more appropriate for the Brestoise than a Tropic, the iconic strap which adorned so many famous dive watches of the sixties ? We have designed and developed our own Tropic, including the buckle, specifically for our watches. Rubber has been replaced with lighter and more flexible silicone, so as to provide maximum comfort.
